When will the first residences be available for move-in at Brice Pointe?
Phase one of development is scheduled for completion in 2029. While we're in the pre-construction stages, now is the time to express your interest in becoming a resident. As a Priority List Member, you'll get the best choices when it comes time to choose your residence and have opportunities to meet your future neighbors.
What types of residences are included in the first phase of construction?
The first phase of development includes apartment homes and villas. Many of these independent living residences offer lake views. In addition, the Clubhouse will be available for community activities and wellness programs. Assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing will also be part of phase one.
When will contract options and a fee schedule be available?
A full schedule of fees will be available soon. In the meantime, we'd be happy to answer your questions and share our plans for this beautiful new Life Plan Community.

What is a Life Plan Community?
A Life Plan Community, also known as a continuing care retirement community (CCRC), is a senior living community that offers independent living along with a plan for continuing care as your health needs change in the years ahead. Independent living residents at Brice Pointe will have access to a full continuum of on-site care, including assisted living, memory support, short-term rehabilitation and skilled nursing care.
